This year seven children from our school took part in four regattas and the All-Ireland Rowing Championship during the summer. The people from our school were in the under 12 girls crew and the under 12 mixed crew. In the under 12 mixed crew were, stroke oar Siobhan O Sullivan, bow, David O Sullivan, Tadhg O Sullivan and Ben o Shea. In the under 12 girls crew were, stroke oar, Mary-Teresa Burns. Bow, Stacey Righter, Saoirse Kavanagh and Rachael Looney.

Waterville - 1st , 4th [County championships]

We are the pupils of a small school in the village of Sneem, county Kerry in the South of Ireland. There are 3 classroom teachers and 64 children in the school. We started this blog to give people an idea of what we do in school and also to allow us to record some of our achievements and special times in our school. - Our school is located in Sneem, County Kerry in the southwest part of Ireland. There are 64 students that attend the school from the ages of 4 to age 12. We are very proud of our school and work hard to maintain a good school image. We are in the beginning stages of working towards a Green Flag in Biodiversity. We currently have earned 4 Green Flags in the previous years.
