1st, 2nd and 3rd class took a different animal or tree and looked into how they make up our hedgerows. We discovered how importnant every single one of them is to our environment. All the children were put into groups and they picked a topic. They gathered information and pictures, they made their topics with clay. Then they made a presentation in Mrs Dignams classroom.
We are the pupils of a small school in the village of Sneem, county Kerry in the South of Ireland. There are 3 classroom teachers and 64 children in the school. We started this blog to give people an idea of what we do in school and also to allow us to record some of our achievements and special times in our school.
